Rewards Consultant - Consumer - Mumbai/Bangalore - (3-5 years of experience) Summary: Looking out for a role of Consultant in Rewards Consulting practice for a leading management consulting firm having good experience in consumer domain in Compensation & Benefits for Mumbai and Bangalore Location. Responsibilities - - Assess client's business needs, their current organization structure and growth aspirations to contextualize the requirement. - Research materials and apply analytical thinking to gain deeper understanding of the client requirement - Share final proposal with client for select projects and ensure conversion through engagement and follow through. - Responsible for working on one segment with clients, creating plan, schedule meeting, share final proposal, engagement and follow through. - Working on different segments like Compensation benchmarking, Benefits benchmarking, pay structures, titling etc. Work as a member of a team in large projects - Working independently as well as team member depending upon the type of project - Liaise with Finance and raise invoices on a timely basis based on agreed deliveries; Track payments for the project on an ongoing basis - Identify key clients in the industry segment assigned / owned - Ensure engagement beyond the project delivery to grow Mercer wallet share and be a preferred provider Requirements: - MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources (candidates from Tier 1 , Tier 2 colleges, passout of 2017, 2018 OR 2019) would be preferred - Experience: 3-5 years - Experience in compensation domain (consulting experience would be an added advantage) What is in it for you: - A high-performance culture with phenomenal career progression. - Work with Senior stakeholders.
