R360 is looking for a seasoned product leader for its team.

Prior Experience Requirements :

- Conceptualisation to delivery of a product from scratch including requirements gathering, user flows, business metrics, competitor analysis and product marketing.

- End to end experience from PoC, Alpha, Beta to Production.

- Strong experience in hiring a diverse team and driving product delivery by coordinating with different teams.

- Experience in bringing agility along with innovation.

- Prior experience in developing e-commerce and/or payments products will be a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Manage the delivery of multiple B2C products for different markets.

- Define and conceptualise new initiatives and products.

- Work with the CEO on business strategies and define new initiatives and product roadmaps.

- Understand the market, customers and build business cases for new product opportunities.

- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience.

- Work with design, engineering, marketing and partnerships team to deliver products.

- Responsible for the marketing, P&L from the product(s).

Requirements :

- Masters or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

- 10+ years of experience working on building products or problem-solving in companies. Must be a hands-on leader.

- Good understanding of all the foundational aspects of product development.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.

- Good business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.

- Believes in taking ownership and feedback.

- Extremely good communication skills (written & verbal).

- Experience in managing team and stakeholders (internal & external)

- Experience with data-driven products and large scale B2C platforms is a must.

- Believes that speed and quality can be achieved at the same time.
