We are looking for a " Technical Delivery Manager" who can manage diverse client engagements. This includes aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery is cohesive and flawless. What you'll do : 1. Enable and define operating and engagement model for different projects. 2. Work with engineering leaders, product managers and managers in design discussions and workshops - internal and external. 3. Interact with the stakeholders on the application/project life cycle of existing projects and identify process issues. 4. Work with the help of account managers to manage client expectations and bag new projects. 5. Overall management of resources across departments on different projects. 6. Creation of delivery schedule including milestones and specific tasks across projects. 7. Sprint planning and execution of solution design. 8. Contribution on RFP, proposals and SoW. 9. Risk, dependency and escalation management across projects. 10. Define, track and manage metrics and own their reporting to internal and external stakeholders 11. Ensure end-to-end delivery of the product, and be accountable for managing project schedules within agreed timelines and budget 12. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. What you will need : 1. Overall 4-8 yrs of exp with 3+ years of experience in managing technical delivery with large clients. 2. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, DevOps process, Cloud management and application life cycle. 3. Good exposure with software development life cycle. 4. Good experience in stakeholders and team management. 5. Experience in solving differ delivery related problems with ease. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Experience in BFSI industry will be preferred. 8. Energetic and passionate with a positive approach towards problem/problem solving. 9. Good experience in working with a diverse team.
