As a Sr. Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology for providing an exceptional customer experience. With the analytical and problem-solving mindset, you should get deeper into the function/problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective, take an Outside-In view of the problems and create a vision, strategy, and roadmap of how we can can solve immediate needs/wants, setting the stage for the right disruptions/innovations of the future.

What you'll do:

- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding and management for BFSI clients.

- Establish clear client retention goals.

- Lead project strategic discussions with stakeholders and communicate with impact, eloquence and authenticity.

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.

- Manage/ document clearly the internal and external communications at every stage of a project.

- Manage/ document the client expectations and coordinate with the internal stakeholders on deliveries and business requirements.

- Ensure growth of an account by bringing in additional business/ projects.

- Demonstrate ability to operate independently and across multiple teams.

- Experience in breaking down problems, planning sprints and delivering projects in agile framework model.

- Proven data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.

- Demonstrate experience in building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organisation.

- This is not just a techno-functional, but it also requires thorough understanding of all areas of business.

- This will require analytical mindset to adopt data-driven decision making and process-oriented approach for better efficacy. Quick adoption to changes.

- Travel will be required.

What you'll need:

- Overall 8 years of work-experience preferable from BFSI or loyalty background

- Minimum 4yrs of exp as a Program Manager in a customer facing role

- Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you.

- A desire to understand consumer behaviour and mindset.

- Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens.

- Understands P&L and can work well with numbers.

- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment

- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for detail.

- Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; and other such productivity tools (issue trackers, collaboration tools, etc.)
