Position : Senior Product Manager

EPIC is an offshoot of Rewards360

About EPIC.one:

EPIC is India's first SuperApp for rewards & loyalty. With over 10 million rewards choice, online and in-store,across countries, the platform covers all major categories & brands. Not just this but the biggest problem that it solves - It clubs various reward points (earned across brands) into a single massive pool of points which then can be redeemed across experiences(partners/brands).

Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives and roadmaps.

- Understand the market, customers, and build business cases for new product opportunities.

- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience.

- Work with designers, engineers, marketing, and partnerships to deliver products.

- Responsible for marketing, P&L from the product(s).

Requirements:

- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 6-8 years experience working on building products or problem-solving in companies.

- Good understanding of sprint & agile ways of working, PRDs & wireframes, etc.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.

- Good business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.

- Believes in taking ownership and feedback.

- Extremely good communication skills (written & verbal).

- Experience with different tools required to deliver the product(s).
