Currently we are looking for a Senior Manager for our Digital Operations BU
What You'll Do
- Engaging and liaising with all the clients and merchants across various loyalty accounts on day-to-day operations, new initiatives, and ongoing projects
- Thorough understanding of Business agreements/commercials and provide inputs to onboard clients/merchants
- Analyze projections of forecasted sales and plan to fund across merchants Hawk eye view of day-to-day reconciliation process of all Digital Services.
- Good understanding of financial parlance, payables, receivables and effectively manage fund movements across internal and external stakeholders.
- Cognizant of end-to-end customer journey on the loyalty platform, constantly strive to provide improvements on the customer experience by analyzing various data points
- Plan and delegate periodic reports that provide value additions and actionable insights to management.
- Manage and lead large operations team, provide timely feedback, and close loop all adhoc requirements
- Seek and provide feedback to merchants
- Be informed of the loyalty and rewards industry landscape, competitions/competitors and client requirements at various levels.
What We'll Need
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering or equivalent. 8-12 years of experience working with BFSI / Travel sector
- Excellent client facing skills and effectively communicate with internal teams to facilitate output.
- Strong fundamentals and first-hand experience on forecasting and providing projections using current and historical data
- Excellent people management skills
- Understanding of customer journey flow of availing a Digital service on an e-commerce platform starting from payment, cancellations, refunds, promotions and offers
- Excellent MS Excel skills and ability to work with large chunks of data.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.
- Good business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.
Good to have - Prior Exp in Fintech/ UPI/ BFSI while handling large number of transactions.
