Currently we are looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. What you' ll do: - Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process (directly for Ed-Tech & Others, indirectly/oversee for BFSI) post the agreement execution. - Client Communication: Clearly defined process where the stages/sign-off requirements are defined and followed from BRD sign-off, design-off to regular updates , Go-Live of projects and invoicing - Managing the client expectations and coordinating with the internal stakeholders on deliveries and business requirements - Participate and contribute to certain strategic product-building exercises and client-demos - Participate and contribute to business development, growth initiatives and revenue of the business through accounts - This is a key role that has a larger impact and the responsibility will also include involvement in operations, digital services, concierge and customer support This is not just a techno-functional but it also requires thorough understanding of all areas of business. This will require analytical mindset to adopt data-driven decision making and process-oriented approach for better efficacy. Quick adoption to changes. What you'll need: - Overall 7+yrs of exp with 5+ years of experience as Program manager. - Good exposure with software development life cycle. - Good experience in stakeholders, team management & business numbers. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in BFSI industry will be preferred. - Energetic and passionate with a positive approach towards problem/problem solving. - Good experience in working with a diverse team.
