What will you do?

1. Manage the PMO (Program Management Office) for all the business accounts.

2. Track performance metrics (financial and non-financial) of different business accounts to identify problems that will impact business growth.

3. Prepare a fortnightly report for the senior management and the CEO on the business account health.

4. Work on resolving critical client escalations while working with the internal and external stakeholders.

5. Lead strategic business initiatives that are critical for different accounts.

6. Participate in regular account reviews both internal and external (with the clients)

7. Review and/or prepare different financial proposals for business initiatives.

What will you need?

1. A bachelors or master's in engineering or an MBA.

2. 5+ years of experience in the industry.

3. A startup experience of 2+ years will be given a preference.

4. Strong verbal and written communication. Good articulation and presentation skills.

5. Strong with excel sheet and number crunching (especially financial metrics).

6. Experience in technology or technical product delivery will be preferred.

7. An appetite to solve problems, manage escalations and look for solutions even in difficult situation is a must.

8. A strong desire to learn and grow
