We are looking for a Manager, Data Science & Analytics who can help us in growing our Data Science team.

What you will do -

- Hire and manage a team of data analysts and machine learning engineers.

- Analyse massive amounts of consumer data and create PoC for data-driven products.

- Generate data-driven insights for our clients.

- Ideate and prototype data-driven modules for our existing platforms.

- Perform customer behaviour analytics using the data available with the Customer Data Platform.

- Develop/enhance different recommender systems, conversational discoverability modules, rules prediction engines etc.

- Define new derived variables to improve our data pipeline/data lake to enhance our analytics capabilities.

What you will need -

- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, statistical modelling.

- Excellent programming skills in python.

- Hands-on experience in data mining supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.

- Experience with NLP is preferable but not a must.

- Experience in training recommender systems, regression models/predictive modelling etc.

- Hands-on experience with R programming, Spark/Hadoop and TensorFlow is a must.
