R360 is managing different enterprise platforms for multiple industries and clients. We are looking for CPTO to lead and manage all the platforms/products and different platform engineering teams.

What you will do:

- Manage all the platforms/products across industries and clients - infrastructure and technology roadmap

- Define/re-define/enhance the architecture of various platforms/products to make them scalable and robust.

- Upgrade the technology stack wherever applicable to make the platforms future ready.

- Define/enhance the data engineering roadmap and implementation plan for customer data being generated across the platforms.

- Layout a strategy and implementation plan to make the platforms/products nimble to facilitate enhancements/integrations with the advancements in the FinTech industry.

- Manage the security stack/layer/architecture of the products/platforms to ensure compliance while working with the CISO team.

- Put a robust hiring, training and growth plan to attract and retain tech talent on a scalable and sustainable framework.

- Work closely with the product team to drive product and technology innovation.

- Manage the end to end technical delivery for the entire company (India and abroad) while working with different platform engineering teams.

What you will need:

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology

- Experience of 15+ years in the industry.

- Good experience in building teams from scratch and managing 70+ members technology team.

- Prior experience in the FinTech/Customer Engagement/e-Commerce industry or entrepreneurial experience is a must.

- Experience in conceptualising B2C/B2B2C products from scratch and taking them to the market.

- Extensive experience in defining innovative customer journeys and getting them implemented.

- Experience in designing and implementing data products will be a plus.

- Preference will be given to candidates who are hands-on and are ready to roll up their sleeves and look at code, low-level design, architecture etc.

- Experience in driving the required change management to keep up the pace with the industry.

- Extremely good in hiring and training tech talent.

- Highly passionate and goal-oriented technology leader with experience in delivering in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong experience in managing technology leaders with diverse backgrounds.
