You will act as the Growth Champion of the Group of Companies.

What you'll do:

- Contribute to the Long-Term Strategic Plan (LTSP). Own the Growth Plan in realizing the Growth Objectives in the LTSP.

- New Revenue line for the entity, post market analysis in-line with the trend fostering innovation.

- Continuous tab on the market and competitors, publish Market Insights Report regularly for Internal consumption and discussion.

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's or MBA from a reputed college

- 3 - 5 years of experience with min. 2 experience working as a consultant with reputed firms or in the strategy role

- Ability to learn quickly, understand complexities, navigate intricacies, synthesize clear takeaways and make recommendations, using qualitative or quantitative methods.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, can ideate larger plans and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.

- Good business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth & profitability.
