We are hiring for Reward/Loyalty Manager with well known Fintech Organization based at Mumbai.Please find below job description: Position: Reward/Loyalty Manager Location: Mumbai Company: Fintech Company Job Responsibilities: - Develop, implement &amp; drive strategies consistent with company vision - Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features of the rewards program - Analyze current market trends, potential partnerships &amp; competitor offerings - Creating a loyalty reward system and catalogue from ground up ensuring a super fluid system for a great earn and burn experience - Create and implement periodic, seasonal and need-based campaigns to increase the catalogue redemption - Develop partnerships with various merchant partners at a regional &amp; national level - To deliver a high level of customer engagement on all digital assets through Rewards framework - Serve as an in-house expert for the rewards and become the go-to person for all functional issues - Develop and maintain an understanding of the loyalty rewards vis-a-vis the different segment of customers - Introduce new product periodically in the catalogue bases customer feedback - Ensuring products &amp; vouchers are delivered at the best value and as per agreed timelines - Negotiate with the vendor to continuous build more value for cardholder &amp; lowest possible cost per point, Keep a close tab on Rewards actuarial cost - Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation, to customer acquisition to retention with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time
