- Heading the Dealer Customer Service Department
- Monitoring Service & Service parts operations. Ensuring growth and profitability
- Conceiving & implementing promotional programs like Events, Publicity Campaigns, Free Service Camps, Customer Meets, etc
- Providing Technical guidance where solutions & Trouble shooting required
- People management and imparting training to dealer staffs on various initiatives, Sharing & Implementing best practices in order to achieve high level of customer service.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction metrics through on time delivery. Monitoring customer complaints and Warranty issues.
- Responsible for conducting field survey and analysis on product quality and performances
- Implementation and setting high standard procedures as per the Toyota Customer Service Marketing Standards in all key areas of after sales service management in accordance with the changing demand and needs
