Job Description : - Financial modeling, reporting, and analysis using software tools and applications - Monitoring/analyzing business performance to develop insights and recommend actions - Ability to manage multi projects (complete life cycle) - Ensuring effective finance and cost management - Quickly grasps the business problem and translates into tangible, usable actionable outputs - Work with team members to understand the business problem to conduct effective analysis to address various business requirements - Ensure 100% accuracy and timely analysis - Strong analytical skills - Strong knowledge of compliance systems. - Skilled in verbal and written communication - Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure - Provide variance analysis, business analytics packages for Senior leadership - Compilation of monthly financials and first pass analysis for monthly reviews - Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial plan/forecast - Support functional reporting requirements and drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis - Provide support and analysis for competitor review and economic indicators trends - Build strong partnership with the Biz.
