ROLE : Reviewer/Manager/Senior Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Experience into US Tax Form 1065.

- 1120 RIC (Regulated Investment Companies).

- Understanding of US Tax Compliances.

- State & Local Tax (SALT).

- Federal Tax.

- US Partnership Tax Form 1065.

- Knowledge of Banking & Capital Markets.

- Develop business and foster relationships.

- RIC Compliances & Provisions.

- Team management skills.

- Excellent Communication skills.
