Revenue Strategist - FinTech - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description :

The role is responsible for the development and delivery of product and strategies for collections along with Loyalty & Referral business.

This involves complete consumer and business understanding to devise strategies and set performance matrix for the same.

Significant portion of the role will involve development of technology enabled products and process.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Tier-1 MBA

- Strong analytical mind-set and numeric abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with MS Office. Experienced in data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau is preferred

- Ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner, attention to details

- Prior exposure to technology product is an advantage - specifically fin-tech
