Revenue Management Analyst - FMCG (4-7 yrs)
- Support BU RM Lead on Pricing, Pack Price, Mix and Trade Spend analysis and recommendations for AOP, three-year pricing roadmap, ad-hoc projects e.g. playbook, sugar tax, competition tactical moves, etc.
- Data gathering from variety sources - internal and external (desk research, syndicated data, competition, etc.)
- Perform analyses - market trends, key observations, translating complex data into insights
- Formulate hypothesis & options for pursuing to ensure competitive position in marketplace - formulate volume, revenue, profit, share change impact
- Development of pricing strategies for recommendations
- Support BU RM Promo Spend analysis
- Analyze consumer promotion effectiveness by product, customer for MT / eCom channel eg. Which consumer promotions result in best Lift?
- Analyze ROI of trade spends by product, market eg. Are there overall country level optimization opportunities by better allocating regional/area budgets? Which type of trade promotion works best for different products/markets?
- Develop view-point on elasticity of volume to changes in RCP, Trade Spend, ND, etc. by product, market: Is there a positive trade-off that we can make for product, market?
- Develop profitability waterfall at granular level that can be rolled up as required: Are there zones / areas / districts that have lower revenue realization compared to similar geographies? Why?
- Support BU RM Lead on monthly Pricing Council and quarterly Pricing Governance reporting
- Support VP RM on monthly RM reporting scorecard
- Support VP RM on implementation of analytics dashboard - including design & UAT, maintaining database update for RM analytics
- Track pack performance of Co. & Competitors
- Maintain database of each market pack price mix line up of Company & competitors
- Maintain database pack P&L model of each market and run simulation when required
- Liaise with agency, Finance, & Transformation team for automation project
