CTC: 10 LPA - 12 LPA ( depending on fitment and exp)

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue and Cost Accounting:

- Oversee revenue recognition processes in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Manage cost accounting, including tracking, analyzing, and optimizing costs to improve profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate allocation of costs and revenues.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Generate insights from data to support business strategies and operational efficiency.

ERP System Expertise - Microsoft Dynamix 365:

- Hands on implementation experience.

- Handle accounting processes and generate financial reports using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

- Maintain and optimize data integrity within the ERP system.

Advance Excel Skills:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas, to streamline data analysis and reporting.

- Develop automated templates and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience: 5-6 years in revenue and cost accounting, preferably in the service industry. Degree in Mass Media, Communications, Events or related field

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel, including macros project management, organization, strategic planning, and analytical skills

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present financial data effectively.
