Revenue Accounting Role - BFS

JOB DESCRIPTION :
 
- Review customer contract and prepare revenue templates to ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.

- Prepare monthly revenue / deferred revenue sub-ledgers.

- Research revenue recognition issues.

- Assist with implementation of ASC 606 - Revenue From Contracts With Customers-

- Assist with month end close procedures including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and other duties as necessary

- Assist in an accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process

- Assist in providing documents to comply with external audit requests.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and cross-functional teams.

- Assist with any other ad-hoc work requests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

- 4-8 years of accounting experience in related field.

- 2-3 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience is required.

- CA (Bachelor's degree in Accounting)

- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
