Revamp Sales Head - Airconditioning and MEP - Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Projects


To achieve Revamp Sales business growth targets across the country through efficient costing, tendering, technical understanding & competitive price bids by collaborating with branch revamp sales teams, commercial, factory, procurement, and external stake holders like vendors / suppliers / B2B customer and also including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and project management consultants.

- Ability to develop and deliver business plan for Revamp Sales.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC products like Chillers, Variable Refrigerant Flow Machines, AHU's, Pumps, Cooling tower, Ventilation system, Electrical system, Plumbing, Fire fighting system, Heat Load calculations and BMS system.

- Strong knowledge of working on Tenders, high value Bid estimation, Bill of Quantity and Cash Flow statements.

- Financial and Business acumen with strong customer focus through relationship building and management

- Business Process Development to support productivity and growth.

- Strong business performance management, strategic and operations planning, process management

Key Deliverables:

- Strategic Planning- Establish and Ensure the implementation and execution of strategic growth initiatives

- Business Development & Marketing:

- To develop market /build business funnel for MEP / revamp jobs

- Build Sales funnel in prime category for MEP/Revamp business in the territory through pre sales efforts including relationship building with key industry players and Industrial Consultants for new account acquisition translating to bookings.

- Key Account Management & Key Account Acquisition: Co-ordinate with identified key industry players and Key Accounts to improve the business share and repeat orders.

- Booking Quality: Adherence to order booking guidelines including estimation accuracy of all project bids with nil negative variance under each bucket viz Materials, Labour and PMC.

- Competitor Tracking: Provide inputs on competitor strategies especially their pricing, market share, major changes in manpower etc

- Tendering - Driving competitive project tendering process in collaboration with regional revamp sales and procurement, engineering teams,

- Sales Presentations: Meet clients across the country prior to tender stage & give value proposition presentation

- Mentoring and Coaching - Imparting knowledge and leadership skills and Developing revamp sales executive in the regions for next level roles.

- Vendor Development - Networking with pan India suppliers/ vendors and developing excellent relationship, which can be leverage for preferential support on price and delivery.
