Retention Manager - Online Gaming (5-8 yrs)
Client : Fastest Growing online Gaming Company
Responsibilities :
- The person would be responsible for end to end customer re-activation & retention campaigns
- Create monthly strategies for the growth of revenue from existing users of the platform
- Experiment across the whole retention & re-activation funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)
- Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns (retention and reactivation - both automated and not automated), tailoring communication to different customer segments identified through CRM tool and data warehouse
- Should be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measure & analyse campaign metrics.
- In-depth analysis of campaigns.
- New campaign ideas, product features & implementation
Requirements :
- Good at data analytics and love making value out of data
- Have the ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analysing experiments and sweating the details
- Have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset - should be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clevertap with the least amount of support
