- He/She should be able to handle CRM tools.
- Measuring and reporting campaign metrics. In-depth analysis of campaigns.
- New campaign ideas and implementation. Working around problems and roadblocks to delivering campaigns.

3. I should be able to work in a high-pressure startup environment.
4. Should have an eye for a detail and history quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clever tap with the least amount of support.
