Job Description:
- The person would be responsible for end to customer activation and retention campaigns.
- Should be able to handle CRM tools.
- Measuring and reporting campaign metrics.
- In-depth analysis of campaigns.
- New campaign ideas and implementation.
- Working around problems and roadblocks to delivering campaigns.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4+ years of experience of handling CRM campaign for online B2C business
2. Hands-on working experience with Clevertap
3. Should be able to work in high-pressure startup environment.
4. Should have an eye for detail and history quiquick and flawless execution of campaigns on clever tap with the least amount of support.
