Urgently Hiring For Retention Manager- Fintech Financial Service Provider-Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

1- Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth across acquisition, transaction activation and retention through multi-channel integrated campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web personalization, etc

2 - Apply demographical, behavioural and transactional attributes to identify customer cohorts/segments .

3 - Design and run A/B & multivariate testing and audit customer communications to create effective customer journeys.

4 - Collect customer feedback, track performance and optimize design/targeting to improve the campaign effectiveness.

5 - Use an iterative approach to optimization (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize), deriving actionable insights from the results, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results .

6 - Use statistical analysis, past campaign behavioural response to create email campaigns, optimize lists, segmentation and ongoing improvement in effectiveness of campaigns. Keep a track of competitors, industry trends, best practices and technologies to react to new insights and behaviour shifts .

7 - Track and analyse campaigns for key metrics. Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant business metrics and consumer insights.

8 - Coordinate with different functions including product, technology, BD, compliance, etc.

Note- 4+ years of relevant professional experience, especially in BFSI and the investment domain Experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Campaign Management or Customer Value Management.
