Brief description - As Retention lead you will be required to drive retention amongst current subscribers and win back the ones who churned. - You will be responsible for building the retention strategy. - The role will accomplish this through gleaning valuable trends through data analysis, mapping the customer journey, defining customer segmentation, ideating a marketing plan to deliver success against these customer segments and phases, building a testing roadmap, and working with key stakeholders to execute this roadmap across a variety of marketing channels including email, push notifications, social media and platform Responsibility 1. Develop end to end marketing plan to deliver better retention 2. Study consumption behaviour to identify user segments with high propensity to churn and understand what it takes to retain our subscribers 3. Work closely with cross functional teams ( Product, demand, supply teams, data science ) to define the kpi and introduce new features/ schemes/ experience to retain this base 4. Work closely with data team to create models for retention and predicting churn 5. Identify the best communication at the best time using the best channel to nudge a user towards conversion.
