RSM Retail Services Lead

1. Minimum years of experience- 13+

2. Key role is Retail Services, merchandising and training. Must make sure the candidates do not have the expectation to be running full-fledged marketing

3. The role is 75% trade marketing and retail services (trade schemes, training, merchandising, shop floor activities, etc.); the rest is pure marketing with a focus on online/digital marketing

4. Strong in processes and project management skills
