Overseeing marketing and retail sales operations to achieve growth and bottom-line profitability and initiating retail market development efforts

Enhanced sales policies & practices, define the sales cycle, create accurate job description and developed standards for customer relationship management.

Managing the success of the retail sales team across all India.

Managing large corporate retail sales accounts at a national level.

Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing retail channels.

Developing and accessing the national retail marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention.

Evaluating information related to retail sales, promotions, competition and market research.

Managing retail sales budgets and new implementations.

Negotiating retail sales contracts and marketing strategies.

Increasing retail sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios
