- Lead the seasonal OTB plan for Retail and be responsible for presenting this plan to the accounts executive management, business managers and buyers - Secure seasonal orders as per the aligned OTB plan for the season / year. - Support in building seasonal product range by analyzing historical data and drawing key inferences and learning - Fortnightly review of sellout data for the stores and drive improvement in sales through key product learnings and replenishments - Set and monitor seasonal sell - through targets for the store. - Identify and come with plans to Capitalize on opportunities and manage risks through robust in-season management. - Own and drive the In-season management for all key stores by creating and executing 1. Weekly replenishments 2. Inter store transfers 3. GBB mapping 4. Monthly black holes 5. Space vs sellout optimization - Foster positive relationships with the stores and getting their feedback and insight as to product needs and consumer reactions to the current assortment - Create and deliver the monthly merchandising Dashboard for retail to executive management.
