To flag negative deviations from the targeted GP - Preparing OTB Plan - To propose the bi annual discount list - Manage optimum buying across our technique/ craft led buy - Budgeting & monitoring of Sales - month wise, subcategory & MR wise - PO Creation for perennials - Managing stock & orders for new channels of business ie institutional , e commerce Inventory Management - To ensure that the stock level of the category is within the prescribed limits as per company norms - Monitoring the stock cover to maintain optimum stock turns - Stock rotation in market - Tweaking forward month buying based on the projected closing stock of the current and forward months - Stock monitoring at the PH - Allocation & replenishment to stores as per capacity & customer profile. - Fulfilment of Customer order and requirements ISQ Management: - To prepare & do periodic review of yearly ISQ projections - value wise , quantity wise - To prepare monthly ISQ plan - value wise, quantity wise - To prepare production plan for the Procurement Hub (PH) based on projection - To tweak ISQ sheets in consultation with the Market - To study month cover reports to check stock outs and cover opportunity loses in forwarding months MIS and Reporting: - To generate department wise sales report, hierarchy wise sales and stock report, current month SKU wise sale report, ISQ stock out report, TR tracker report, Promotional trackers - Monitoring store performance for the category - To send periodic reports related to category performance indicators to the management as per the timeline - To work in sync with merchandisers to sharpen the sampling/buying based on analysis of sell throughs Market Interaction: - To highlight/escalate any deviations from the set standards to supervisor - To send monthly buying plan and product presentation to the markets to enable them to do store stock planning - To assist the markets to plan their internal stock rotation by providing monthly stock cover report - DL template planning with markets - Monitoring of Space Allocated to Category across the Stores - Regularly interacting and visiting the stores to gather first hand customer response to the merchandise offering - style, quality & pricing.
