Job Description:


1. PO/Contract review

1.1. Receipt and Review of PO/Contract

1.2. Tracking the milestone/billing components as per PO/Contract and follow-up with the Business for billing data for generating the invoice

1.3. Filing of all PO/contract with proper index

1.4. Periodic review of POs pending for invoice generation

1.5. Periodic tracking of AMC to be billed

2. Revenue

2.1. Receipt and Review of PO

2.2. Analysis and Validation of billing data with SLA and previous period data

2.3. Timely generation of Invoices - Routine/milestone/one-time

2.4. Ensure completeness of documentation (UAT/LOB details/approval etc. ) completeness prior to invoice generation

2.5. Periodic assurance that all invoices due have been raised as per the terms of the PO/Contract without any revenue leakage

3. Receivable and collection

3.1. Preparation of monthly receivables for each P&L with Ageing before 4th of the month

3.2. Publishing the collection targets for each P&L by 5th of the month

3.3. Periodic follow-up with Business/MAM for timely dilution of collection

3.4. Provide alerts for invoices which are likely to get sticky/delayed

4. Statutory Compliance

4.1. Ensure compliance with GST for all invoices (domestic and Overseas);

4.2. STPI related documentation

4.3. EDMPS related documentation

The ideal candidate should have/be:

1. A CA/CWA/CMA with an 5+ years of experience in treasury role

2. CA Freshers with maximum 3 attempts can also apply for this opportunity as well

3. Candidates from other states willing to relocate to Chennai would be preferred as well.
