Retail Operations Head (Female)

- Handling day to day retail store operations.

- Handing the sales team and assist the team with the merchandise.

- To be responsible for maintaining all the records and sending daily MIS reports.

- To look after Visual merchandising, Replenishments and Maintenance of the store.

- To do the seasonal retail planning in advance.

- Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.

- Maintains quality service at store level by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Setting roasters and shift for the team.

- Training of retail staff.

- Candidates should have more than 4 years of relevant experience from the same industry.

- She should be presentable and have good communication skills.

- Should possess knowledge about garments and fabrics.
