Position - Retail Marketing
Should have experience in Visual Merchandising and Retail Marketing
Should have 4-7 years of experience of conceptualizing and designing Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing and CRM function of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote retail brand and products in-store.
- Create VM Calendar at the beginning of each season and ensure adherence.
- To ensure that the brand aesthetics are in sync with the international look and feel of the stores.
- Updating and maintaining VM guidelines, VM calendars.
- Ensure budget adherence and control for each store and new store launch.
- Update and maintain VM guidelines and ensure adherence leading 100% customer readiness.
- Vendor co-ordination and timely execution.
- Provide new VM ideas for regional festivals and promotions.
- Collaborate with the Category Marketing Teams to execute promotional activities as per defined guidelines.
- Manage the design, development and production of new fixtures, promotions and point-of-sale materials.
- Partner with Marketing Head and product management team to determine strategy and deliverables for brand drivers, new products and expansion categories.
- Write creative briefs, establish timelines, direct designers/agencies and route creative for approval.
- Conceptualize the design and development of the Marketing Materials and Visual Merchandising Catalogues to support seasonal programs.
- Assist with design, development and production of all sell-in materials, such as catalogues and price lists.
- Conceptualize and implement a CRM strategy for retail customers based on the business strategy.
- Implementation of standard customer experience throughout all stores online.
- Plan and execute CRM initiatives (such as loyalty programs, discount vouchers, promotion schemes etc.) across stores; track and monitor implementation of initiatives.
- Plan and utilise various sources to build and strengthen after-sales customer relationships through various communication channels and events (such as sms, launch parties, print media etc.)
- Use collaterals and photo-collections developed by Product team to communicate brand promise and product awareness.
- Plan new product launches across stores. Collaborate with Product team and Store teams for driving sales promotions.
- Monitor implementation of training programs for store staff on managing customers, understanding customer needs and building one-on-one relationships.
- Developing systems to capture customer feedback.
- Create and constantly update the database of retail customers.
