Retail manager-retail
Primary function: Part of the management team who manages the showrooms and BOSE brand. The manager is also looking after the corporate business, road shows, my rewards sales and other related programs.
Summary of the job role:
- Management of showrooms, supporting and monitoring to achieve the sales target in the showrooms, handling bose brand in Oman, provide product training to the staff, getting business from the corporate sector and individual clients, management of my rewards, organizing road shows and other related programs.
Authorities:
- Retail pricing
- Product ordering
- Maintain an average GP
- Approve BOSE products placement
- Approve showroom expenses/staff leave
Key deliverables:
- Manage showrooms and support on sales
- Ability to maintain the showroom display, product knowledge of the staff
- Product training- showroom and line 2
- Engage in a healthy relationship with corporate and individual clients to achieve my individual target.
- Maintain live contacts with supplying principles and ensure achieving pre agreed targets by the principles
- Ensuring achievement of the sales targets assigned by the gm and ohie
- Organizing road shows and other activities
- Guide the sales team into more effective and profitable segments in on going basis.
- Review a monthly MIS reports for the achieved against planned sales targets along with headway sales plans with the gm.
