Retail Manager - Brand Marketing - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, procurement, inspection & dispatch of the promotional material/Visual Merchandise(Marketing Collateral, Shelf card, Posters, Banners, Shop Boards, Hoardings, Leaflets, Catalogs Etc) to the dealers Pan India.
- Also to ensure from sales team and C&FA that promotional materials reach on time and installed at dealer shop.
- Shop opening and in shop branding planning and execution
- Maximize sales and profitability of brand stores in line with Company targets
- Develop the brand launch strategy in consultation with the Marketing Head
- Review feedback from sales team on Brand acceptance, Sales scheme, and customer expectations
- Vendor development, Print approval.
- Developed cost efficiency module for vendor negotiations
- Co-ordination with the agency for creatives development
- Supervision of Television & Press advertisements and billing under product promotion
- Principal coordinator for sales schemes and Display material planning to boost-up sales
- Planning and organizing of zonal Conferences including live demonstrations
- Handling entire Marketing account
- Print Ad Planning
- Coordination with Factory team related to all Packaging Development
