Our Client is a globally leading Automobile firm with presence across the major countries worldwide. Owing to their growing business in India, they are looking to hire a HR business partner for retail business to lead and manage the entire HR processes and policies for Pan India. The position is based in Manesar and is on a third party payroll

Reporting into the Head Retail HR, in an individual contributor role you will be responsible for:

- Lead and manage end to end HR processes as a HR Business partner for retail business while suggesting recruitment and training needs, performance management (rolling out KPI), Talent Management, C&B etc. to the external HR Agency for all dealerships Pan India

- Be an advisory for the retail business and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive and localise global HR policies

- Understand the business needs and ensure a proactive HR function for dealer relations, dealer compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance along with governance framework

- Ensure governance and execution of all tools and policies along with implementing talent solutions in line with the business growth targets

- Work closely with the dealerships to give out awareness and communication of existing or new HR policies from time to time through presentations etc.

- Work closely with the other HR colleagues within the region to share the best practices and drive HR programs in partnership with APAC HR team

As a successful applicant,

- You should have at least 10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in designing, executing and managing distributor/dealership/ franchisee/ retail stores business

- Role is based in Manesar, Haryana

- Should come from a Retail/Hospitality/Automobile/ Consulting industry

- Should be comfortable with a third party payroll position

- Robust at stakeholder management across levels and departments and good at handling different cultures and mind set

- MBA (HR) is preferred

- Should be strong at governance and execution of HR policies and processes

- Should be hands on in handling Retail HR with complete ownership

- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, consultative approach and a charismatic personality
