Retail Head - Sales - Hospitality Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (7-12 yrs)
Weddingz.in is India's largest wedding co, and now part of OYO India's largest hospitality company.
Shop head is accountable to create Weddingz Retail strategy and then be responsible for the execution of the same.
Job Description
- Develop weddingz.in retail strategy objectives [what to sell, who to sell, other objectives], format, rollout plan, partnership strategy, target customer, planogram etc
- Hire a team to execute the strategy. Team to find properties, Transformation team, sourcing team, sales & operations team
- Develop partner network to source inventory
- Roll out stores as per plan [find, negotiate, sign, transformation, start]
- Manage day to say sales from these shops
Requirements
- Tier 1 College MBA preferred (IIM A, B or C preferred)
- Must have retail experience
- Analytical and self-driven
- Strategic thinker
- Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur
- Knowledge of the local language is a must
- Open to travel
