Retail Head - Jewellery

Job Title: Retail Head (for one of the India's leading Jewelry brands)

Experience: 12 - 16 years of experience

Role:

- Growing the business

- Handling advertising and promotions of the store.

- Maintaining statistical and financial records,

- Servicing Premier clientele managing customer Service & Security

- Brand Building & increasing reach and eminence.

- Overseeing pricing and stock control

- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so

- Preparing promotional materials and displays

- Liaising with head office

Exposure: Can be from the following industry sectors (12-16 years experience):

- Private investment management/ Sales experience from premium/luxury automobile brands like Mercedes, BMW, Porsche etc./ Luxury real-estate sales / Luxury hospitality

Skills:

- Problem solving and negotiation skills

- Must possess excellent communication skills to be able to handle premium clients

- Knowledge of the jewelry industry will be an added advantage

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, management, customer service, administrative and multi-tasking skills
