- Evaluating all stores - their efficiencies, profitability and standard retail environment.
- Identifying the gaps in store SOP's, retail pro standards, quality staff hiring, TNA, sales training, brand positioning, marketing etc.
- Researching creating and suggesting the various value preposition indicators/elements/modal for all the challenging stores and the follow up for the implementation of corrective plans.
- Implementation of framework for continues review and improvement.
- Setting high standards of operational and service excellence based on organisation goals and industry benchmarks.
- Developing evaluation system on the basis of sales/KPI/service for the region.
- Conducting mystery audits for further data analysis and standardised sales evaluation process.
- Identification of "Bleeding Doors" on the basis of store operations, retail environment, service parameters, hygiene, VM, inventory management.
- Analysing the sales of different SKU's, category, product type and fast/slow movers.
- Rationalization of manpower and retention of quality workforce.
- Training inputs based on TNA- product technologies, product knowledge, customer service and efficient retailing.
- Developing corrective action plans and measures to reduce the bottom line and shrinkage and improve the top line.
- Responsible for functional aspects of the organization at retail level. Ensured a complete operational efficiency as per the company's standard retail SOPs and also the prevailing.
- Regulatory requirement related to recruiting, inducting, leading, managing, training, developing area manager, store managers, sales staffs & pharmacist to agreed procedures and standards.
- Maintain retail staff job results by coaching, counselling, disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and responsible for scheduling expenditures.
- Maximize Full Price Sell Through for various categories by Active Merchandise Management.
- Successfully established & executed processes for sale rate based stock mobilization across major cities for main categories.
- Determining the OTB (Open to Buy), Width and Depth at an Option Level for each category.
- Determining the Optimum Stock holding capacity for individual categories at a store level based on fixture Display Capacity and Sales Potential.
