Job Description - We are looking for a professional who can support the expansion in a specific geographic region in a specified country, both for new stores as well as for lease actions for existing stores (re-negotiations, rebuilds, extensions and terminations)

Client Details

Our client is a multinational clothing company, providing consumers with fast fashion clothing. They have a strong global presence and are growing at a very fast pace in both, global and Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can provide support to the Head of Expansion India in an efficient lease, store expansion & partner management administration

Description

Reporting to Head of Expansion, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for :

- Analyse all relevant information from a range of sources and angles in order to improve decision making within the company


- Undertake store evaluation process by analysing new retail locations and recommending viable options according to the distribution strategy

- P&L Analysis for existing stores and feasibility analysis for overall growth expanding outside India



- Negotiating, contracting and handling partner agreements



- Takes a holistic approach on day to day issues



- Uses insights gained from internal and external sources to make smart decisions and proposals


Profile

- 8 to 10 years of experience in the retail expansion domain

- Unwavering ethical conduct



- Strong Interpersonal skills - To engage and collaborate with stakeholders (internal & external, current

& prospective) through calls, meetings, site visits, presentation



- Analytical Skills - To prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies



- Local language business proficiency and basic English skills



- Understanding of real estate & retail partnership models



- Negotiation skills - Has had professional experiences that reflect ability to find common grounds to build successful mutually beneficial relationships
