Core Responsibilities :

- Central Leadership role to drive overall growth

- Drive structural initiatives to build sustainable Retail business

- Lead overall pricing for Retail to maximise yield in overall business

- Drive pricing related initiatives to deliver targeted growth (Market specific, Industry specific etc.)

- Build Retail direct sales team to business in major Retail clusters

- Increase market-share especially in areas with lean branch network

- Identify new markets and geographies to fuel overall business growth

- Program manage overall business related initiatives to drive efficiency in the business

- Sales team productivity improvement

- Target market penetration

- Drive customer Retention through repeat orders

- New Customer Acquisition

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges

Years of experience: 7-12
