Responsibilities : - Should be proficient with local language and should have Good geographical knowledge - Should have good contacts in market - Should bring Franchise for #Damensch (Should have worked on franchise models as well) - Should Identify, locate and propose a new potential sites/properties by conducting extensive market survey - Should be able Negotiate with vendors, finalize and ensure sites available for timely opening as per business plan - Should have done Legal and Commercial documentation verifications. - Preferred someone from Garment Trade (not mandate) (We can look from FMCG as well)
