- Annual strategic business development planning of all the brands and sub-brands as per organization's guidance of top-line and bottom-line.
- Identification of locations as per the brand imagery and business objective.
- Negotiation, RFP and finalization of commercial and legal terms with mall developers/landlords with an end objective of improving the bottom-line of the organization.
