1. Manage processes pertaining to:-
- Cards Maintenance (Card Upgrades, Account maintenance etc.)
- Retail Assets Servicing
- Retail Assets Closure
2. Ensure all requests are responded within TAT with accuracy
3. Monitor all STPs requests for failures, regularize failures
4. Reconcile and monitor the requests processed
5. Establish and run effective quality checking of requests
6. Ensure timely training and refreshers are given to maintain product/process knowledge levels of the team members
7. Respond and resolve MD, Nodal complaints and other escalations
8. Conduct RCAs to identify process gaps and liaise with stakeholders to initiate process changes
9. Raise BRD and liaise with IT/Business to ensure operations related system enhancements
10. Support audit walk-throughs, provide data, review observations and ensure timely closures
11. Ensure all processes are documented and run as documented
