Resource Planning/Data Analytics Role - Bank

- Develop resource planning model for forecasting hiring and resource planning associate with capacity and intakes projection.

- Experience in analytics, extraction of back end reports, writing queries and macros on data warehousing platforms, large data bases (at least 3-5years).

- Very high level of competency on MS-Office - Excel & PowerPoint & working knowledge of contact center systems, eg. Avaya, Nortel.

- Working knowledge of SQL programming & applications like FOX PRO.

- Ensure that records of volumes, staffing, approvals of costs - HR are all held under easily retrievable custody.

- Preparation of Performance Linked Pay, Business reporting, Weekly & monthly Bizlets.
