Resource Head - IT (8-15 yrs)

Job Location - Vadodara, Gujarat
- Creating best practices around day to day identification and allocation of staff to projects, consultancy assignments, change requests, critical service requests and internal projects.
- Weekly review of assigned & required resources with Project Managers and Consultants.
- Creation of the weekly operations meeting to input on all resourcing activities for the previous and coming week.
- Monthly review of management information to complete a gap analysis between resourcing tool (predicted) and timesheet application (actual).
- Build productive relationships with Project Managers and Consultants to facilitate effective resource management.
- Lead reviews into resource management processes to ensure a - fit for purpose- system is maintained.
- Must have passport in hand for On-site visits
