ResMed's APAC Talent Acquisition team drives the recruitment and selection of the best talent for our operations in this region. As an APAC Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the Asia Pacific People team providing talent acquisition support to ensure we continue to recruit and attract the best people in the market.

This role will manage the talent acquisition activities predominantly for India and supporting Emerging Asia & Latin America. As a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition Team, you will also be involved in global programs, projects and initiatives as well as regional talent acquisition support for other APAC countries as and when required.

Note: This role will start as a 1-year contract.

Let's talk about Responsibilities:

- Manage the talent acquisition process throughout the job lifecycle from role briefing through to offer stages

- Advise business stakeholders, HR colleagues and external parties on talent acquisition including sourcing strategies, sourcing exceptional candidates to meet current and future business needs including building talent pools

- Manage the recruitment process and systems, ensuring up-to-date information are available and provided via effective reporting and analytics.

- Drive a culture of exceptional candidate care throughout the talent acquisition process.

- Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general workforce planning needs, and current vacancies.

- Provide subject matter expertise including management of escalated recruitment issues from internal and external customers.

- Advise upon and manage employment branding, both internally and externally. Build and manage recruitment agencies contracts and service agreements.

- Manage those relationships to ensure that ResMed develops and sustains a strong Employer Brand.

Let's talk Qualifications and Experience:

- Min Tertiary qualification in HR/Business or a relevant discipline with minimum of 5 years experience as a recruiter, ideally both in agency and in-house.

- Understanding of recruitment for commercial (digital marketing, ecommerce, sales, business development) functions

- High level behavioral-based interviewing and assessment skills

- Track record in building relationships with internal stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations whilst maintaining consistency and integrity of processes across all business units.
