Resident Construction Manager - Industrial Plants - Chemical

- Develop HSE management system at construction site to achieve zero LTI.

- Develop construction plan to ensure progress as per MTS is achieved.

- Convert MTS into daily construction plan, after looking into available resources.

- Develop and monitor construction quality management system.

- Train contractor and PMC staff into day-to-day execution activities.

- Ensure no change orders are issued due to owners actions.

- Manage interface of various contractors, so that one contractor does not obstruct another's work.

- Manage co-ordination with external agencies, which can impact construction activities.

- Develop and manage heavy lifting plans and avoid any mishap during heavy equipment erection.

- Very good interpersonal skills to manage various contractors and their staff.

- Co-ordinate with PMC construction manager and engineering office to resolve site queries.

- Co-ordinate pre-commissioning activities with commissioning manager.

- Manage overall administration of the site.

Ideal Candidate:-

- BE Mechanical with 20 years experience in Construction management of Chemical Plants minimum 900 -1000 Cr Projects (Individual Project)

- Experience in EPC Projects

- Should be experienced in HSE management of Large Chemical Industrial Construction Projects

- Experienced in Construction Quality Management System

- Experienced as Resident Construction Manager for Large Chemical Plants

- Experienced in large Green Field Projects

- Experience in coordinating and monitoring the PMC and project Contractors

- Knowledge of Gujarati will be added advantage.

- Knowledge of Hindi Mandatory.

- Should be ready to relocate to Dahej near Bharuch Gujarat
