Hiring For Resell Engagement (Sales Support)

JOB SUMMARY :

Role: Resell Engagement (Sales Support)

- The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for providing operational support to the Onshore Client and Sales Support Team on as per their requirements. The candidate will also work with a team of analysts to meet the client requirements on vendor related activities including but not limited to quoting invoicing and order placement throughout sales or resale cycle. The person shall also be responsible to provide guidance to the Sales Directors on historical discounts by using the data from SAP Quoting Tool.

- Understanding the configuration line items their relevance and relative differences for different geography.

- Ability to understand requirements and validate the requirements and Bill of Materials provided.

- Advance level understanding on CISCO or HP or Oracle or IBM Tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Program manage the Sales Support process by working closely with all relevant stakeholders.

- Proactively identify create check list and coordinate miscellaneous activities required to complete. Revise the check lists processes based on lessons learnt.

- Liaise with Sales Directors or vendors or OEM to provide timely submission of all necessary commercial documentation to ease the process and meet the required SLAs

- Efficient and effective in generating MIS and trackers on the vendor empanelment status create action plans and RACI Matrix.-

- Capability to think fast and slow long and short and attention to details.

- Good to have experience into complete Sales Lifecycle

- Network, Storage and Server

- Should be able to fill BOM's (Bill of Materials)

- Mandate exp. in RFP's / RFQ's / Configurations

- Global Client coordination

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- BE or B. Tech with good experience in Resell program management - Sales and Marketing. MBA from good institute will be preferred.

- Excellent English communication skills who can navigate across cross-functional leadership and different organisational processes and team members.

- Good exposure and hand on knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint.

Certifications and Prior Experience :

- At least one current relevant industry certification.

- Upto 4 years of experience on following :

- 2 years of experience installing administering or selling primary Compute or Server systems.

- Understanding designing Compute or Server or Data Centre systems.

- Data Centre Hardware experience

Other Skills :

- 1+ years of hands on experience within a Data Center

- 1+ year of Network administration.

- 1+ years of experience designing Compute or Server or other infrastructure hardware

Development of professional high quality deliverables using -

- 1. Spreadsheets .excel.

- 2. Visio diagrams

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

- Around 4 - 5 years of experience in managing complex Sales life cycle management proven capability to handle high impact initiatives with Senior Leaders.

- Knowledge of Accenture organisation structure and businesses will be an added advantage

- A mature pleasing personality who will be able to navigate across ambiguous process steps and information and will help to seek to establish them for the larger interest of the project
