Role Type : This is an individual contributor role, which requires extensive collaboration and engagement with colleagues and global leaders from a remote locations.

Experience and knowledge required :

- 7 - 13 years of RESEARCH experience in any Consulting or Research company with deep knowledge of the either Consumer durable or Fintech or Chemical or Automotive or Metals Mining or Financial Services or Technology or Equity Industry at large and its competitive landscape including the very latest trends. Please specify your industry specialisation and preference while applying.

- Must have prior experience of working on global projects with an understanding of the global market.

- Must have at least 2+ years of experience of working as an individual contributor executing global projects from scratch to its end out-put.

- Must have independently prepared various reports, pitch proposals, crisp presentations and whitepaper.

- Must have used tools like Bloomberg, Factiva, Thompson Reuters, CapitalIQ, Hoovers, etc..

- Expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and MS Outlook.

Skills Required :

- A smart confident self-starter, having the ability to deal with CXO level person. Must have good project management, judgment and analytical skills.

- Have an inquisitive mind with learning agility. Be a thought partner (critical thinker, eye for detail, conceptual thinker) and leverage knowledge of a CXO level leader.

- Be quality conscious all the time, thereby delivering the highest quality content within specified timelines. Be detail orientated and a good team player.

- Must have excellent command over the English language and good articulation skills. (English written test will be conducted).

Responsibilities :

- Researcher will work on live global projects specific to a dedicated Sector, leveraging deep industry knowledge to research and analyze industry trends (across the globe), key company performance and key leadership movement.

- Use various tools to gather requisite data from all authentic external and internal sources.

- Do thorough market mapping and market analysis for preparing complete research report and presentation independently, within allocated timeline and as per leader's expectations.

- Proactively monitor and track relevant market developments, industry trends, following critical company developments and disseminate the information in a targeted manner.

- Track key leaders- movements and benchmark. Develop pitch proposals, reports, industry trend presentations and continue to build a global knowledge database.

- Develop specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector.

- Make a persuasive presentation before the business leader, and confidently answer to the questions with facts. (The role doesn't involve direct dealing with the client)
