The Role:

Assists and supports the development of thought-provoking insights by identifying, developing and driving differentiated data-driven management insights. Research will involve both quantitative and qualitative research methods and tools

Key Responsibilities:

- Should be adept at developing case studies, experienced in primary surveys and analysis, creating novel insights secondary data, and comfortable with expert interviews and networks.

- Understands the data needed to underpin effective technology thought leadership, consulting and strategy work.

- When required, develop proprietary in-house regression models and provide results to the practice when needed.

- Business knowledge of blockchain and related applications such as digital currencies, digital assets, digital identity, etc. - and their application to drive value across various industries.

- Technical knowledge of other key technologies such as AR/VR, cloud, AI is an advantage, though not required, given an ability to learn and adapt quickly

Skills Required:

- Subject Matter Expertise: Business knowledge of any one or two metaverse enabling technologies - AR/VR, block chain, digital twins.

- Their convergence and applications to drive business value across use cases and industries. Knowledge of the operations of large companies, including core technology issues and opportunities for the C-suite.

- Exceptional knowledge of tech trends as applied to the industry context.

- Business acumen: Individuals must possess a fundamental understanding of micro and macroeconomic drivers that influence industry opportunities and ability to use strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's five forces, 4 Ps, 3 Cs) to analyse market conditions, competitive landscape and individual company performance.

- Business research and thought leadership skills

- Strong analytical and writing skills.

- Strong whitespace and storytelling ability through multiple mediums, with heavy focus on writing thought leadership and developing compelling, insight-driven Powerpoint presentations.

- If required, ready to conduct market and competitive intelligence research. Publication and Presentations: Proven track record of having contributed to published content and/or projects in the technology/IT would be a definite advantage Proven ability to publish high quality reports and articles (publication in high ranking journals will be an advantage)

- Global/large private corporation or institution, Research Consultancy, Think Tanks, Research role at Management Consultancy or Management Consulting experience with track record in Thought Leadership and Market/Competitive Intelligence focused on technology/IT Services

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualifications: Two year Full-Time MBA or equivalent master's degree.

- Work Experience: 5 to 8 years business experience
